Do they have flushing toilets in Bulgaria? - best flushing toilets

One of my friends shared a room with a girl from Bulgaria, hot and never go to the toilet. I just wanted to know if there is a cultural issue, or if the child is still serious.

    omg, what do you think that the Bulgarians? Yahoo! Of course, we have flushing toilets! We do not live in the Middle Ages, you know .. the child is seriously or something ..
